Shamrock Roofing is an established roofing and construction company servicing the metro-Kansas City area since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest and now servicing areas in Des Moines, Lincoln, Omaha, and St. Louis.

We are currently hiring a Third Party Trades Manager - Roofing to provide support to our Production crew. The 3p Manager helps with the smooth running/scheduling of projects for third parties including but not limited to siding, gutters, metal internal trades. This person will not work on the labor end of construction, but assists in the planning of the project.

Additional responsibilities of the Construction Production Assistant:

• Communicates with clients regularly
• Responds to inquiries and answering questions
• Manages documents such as subcontractor requisitions, vendor invoices, and project activities.
• Much of the work is performed inside our office but occasionally would meet with clients
• Ongoing communication with Project Managers and the Production Team· 
• On site visits with Project Managers to determine estimate and damage of affected areas of the roof
• Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices and ensures our safety program is in accordance with all safety laws that are applicable
• Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling· Meeting with subcontractors
• Approve jobs and schedule crews
• Acquire permits and schedule inspections
• Customer care

Pay and Benefits: 

• BASED ON EXPERIENCE
• Monday-Friday *In office position 
• Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits after 30 days of employment.
• PTO Accrual after 30 days of employment. 
• 401K after 6 months of employment

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• Knowledge of roofing, and third party trades is REQUIRED (metal, siding, gutters, etc).
• Knowledge of measuring these trades is a must
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Ability to work well with people
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the construction/roofing/insurance industries preferred
• The ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hardworking with a “do-what-it-takes” attitude 
• Great Attitude and high level of energy (negative attitudes need not apply!)
• Work a flexible schedule
• Educated in CRM systems is a plus, and Excel is a must!
• Willing to adapt on the fly
• Bilingual is a big plus
