Sheehy Ford Richmond (Municipal) has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Automotive Administrative Assistant to join the Municipal Sales Team. Candidates must be organized, highly motivated with good work ethics, good communication skills, and able to multitask. Responsibilities

• Maintains weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reporting to include sales programs and contests
• Supports company events as needed
• Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Requirements

• Automotive experience preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK experience a plus
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license
