Architectural Project Coordinator job at Placement By Design Dallas, TX, US

Job Description

Project Coordinator applicants must have 3+ years’ experience in Architecture or construction and a Professional Design Degree or equivalent degree or training. In this position, the applicant is responsible for managing multiple projects through development, design, and construction.
Responsibilities

Work with production team to complete construction documents
Complete code review and project submittals with minimal supervision
Coordination with engineers and consultants
Technical proficiency with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
Manage multiple project deadlines with consultants and production team
Occasional onsite observation of work during C.A.
Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as necessary
