Coco Fresh Tea & Juice in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for an Assistant Manager / Store Manager to join our team. We are located on 1731 Plymouth Rd. Ann Arbor. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members
• Delegate tasks to team members and follow up
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Ensure product quality, cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
• Staff and schedule appropriately to support store operations
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
• Manage store inventory and order supplies

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused environment
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Serv-Safe certified highly desirable
