Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven BlockChain Specialist to spearhead our global marketing and fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate will be an experienced blockchain marketing leader with a deep understanding of token economies, investor communities, and strategic partnerships. You will lead initiatives to position Medimint as a category-defining brand and drive token sales, fundraising campaigns, and community engagement across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Brand Leadership
• Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for Medimint across Web3 and healthcare investor ecosystems.
• Establish a powerful, credible brand voice that resonates with investors, hospitals, and blockchain stakeholders.
• Lead digital campaigns (Web3, SEO, Social, PR, influencers, media buying) across platforms like Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
• Fundraising & Token Sales
• Design and implement token sale campaigns (Pre-sale, IDO, IEO) to achieve fundraising targets.
• Develop investor presentations, pitch decks, and lead roadshows to attract VC, angel, and retail token investors.
• Build relationships with launchpads, exchanges, crypto funds, and syndicates.
• Community Growth & Partnerships
• Grow and manage international communities of crypto investors, hospitals, and Medimint users.
• Organize and attend blockchain, DeFi, and healthcare technology events to represent Medimint.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as healthcare institutions, DeFi partners, and blockchain networks.
• Strategic Leadership
• Work closely with the Founders, CTO, and Legal team to align product roadmap, regulatory compliance, and token distribution.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to ensure marketing effectiveness and optimize spend.
• Be a long-term brand custodian and cultural leader who can inspire internal teams and external believers.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Web3/blockchain marketing, especially for token sales, DeFi projects, or crypto exchanges.
• Strong track record of raising funds through investor networks, community engagement, or launchpad strategies.
• Deep understanding of tokenomics, investor funnels, and compliance implications.
• Skilled communicator with strong pitch ability and storytelling.
• Strong network in crypto funds, launchpads, media outlets, and Web3 influencer circles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passionate about healthcare innovation and blockchain disruption.
• Willingness to relocate or travel frequently to Dubai and other strategic locations.
