Description **Please apply here and reach Jennifer Fukumae on LinkedIn for prompt consideration!** Job Posting: Budget Analyst - PE Investment Firm Employment Type: Full-Time Location: San Francisco (Hybrid) Salary: $125-135k base + bonus We are currently partnering with a prominent real estate investment firm based in San Francisco on an exciting search for an experienced Budget Analyst. This vertically integrated owner-operator specializes in multifamily, student housing, and single-family rental properties across the Western U.S. With over $2 billion in assets under management, they are known for their hands-on approach to property acquisition, renovation, and management. The firm values teamwork, integrity, and excellence, offering a dynamic environment for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in the real estate sector. Responsibilities: + Lead preparation of property and portfolio budgets + Track and analyze monthly financial performance against forecasts + Create variance reports with executive-level insights + Maintain financial policies and controls around budgeting and expenses + Collaborate with property managers and finance to align reporting and budgets + Build frameworks to map internal data to external reporting needs + Develop pro forma budgets for new investments and assist with underwriting Requirements + Minimum 4 years of full budget cycle experience + At least 1 year of experience in real estate finance or accounting + Financial modeling experience is a plus + Proven ability to build and manage multiple budgets (up to 10 simultaneously) + Strong communicator with the confidence to present and collaborate with senior associates + Must be assertive, proactive, and able to operate independently + Experience with budgeting software preferred (Yardi is a plus) - please specify systems used when submitting **Please apply here and reach Jennifer Fukumae on LinkedIn for prompt consideration!** Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
