CEO Opportunity – Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CEO to lead the U.S. business unit of a fast-growing Aerospace & Defense manufacturing company. This executive role offers a unique opportunity to shape the company’s strategic vision, drive operational excellence, and spearhead business development initiatives across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership, overseeing operations, finance, strategy, and organizational development to ensure long-term success.
• Expand business development efforts, cultivating relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Own full P&L accountability, ensuring financial planning, budget execution, and overall profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and quality assurance, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team, setting clear objectives and tracking progress.
• Maintain strong alignment with the Israeli headquarters, ensuring corporate culture and business goals remain integrated.
• Implement operational improvements, change management strategies, and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum10 years of senior leadership experience in machining, defense, aerospace, metals, or heavy/process industries.
• Proven track record in scaling manufacturing operations and driving business growth within the U.S. market.
• U.S. citizenship or green card required ; fluent English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and fostering executive leadership excellence.
• Strong business development acumen , with an established network in the U.S. aerospace and defense sectors.
• Full P&L ownership experience with financial strategy expertise.
• Willingness to travel as needed , with a hands-on approach to leadership.
• High emotional intelligence , strong decision-making under pressure, and a collaborative leadership style.
