Job Description

GANA Pay is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company through its next phase of growth. As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of the company. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience in PEO services , sales , and business development , and will be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence of the organization while scaling the business and driving revenue growth. This leadership role will be critical in ensuring GANA Pay remains a leader in the PEO industry while expanding its client base and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the long-term vision and strategy for GANA Pay, aligning with both market trends and client needs in the PEO space.
  • Lead business development efforts to drive revenue growth, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and strategic partnerships.
  • Expand GANA Pay’s reach in the healthcare, education, and small business markets by tailoring our services to meet evolving client demands.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of GANA Pay, ensuring seamless delivery of payroll, benefits, HR services, and risk management.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Lead the sales strategy to attract new clients, expand existing relationships, and penetrate new markets.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve revenue goals and consistently exceed performance metrics.
  • Identify new revenue streams and opportunities to grow GANA Pay’s portfolio of services.

Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage the company’s financial strategy, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Assess financial performance regularly and make adjustments to ensure the company remains on track for long-term success.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and industry leaders.
  • Represent GANA Pay at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our market presence and reputation.
  • Act as the face of GANA Pay, advocating for the importance of effective and innovative PEO services.

Program Development & Innovation:

  • Lead the development of new service offerings and PEO solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies into our service offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations that drive value for our clients.

Talent Management & Organizational Culture:

  • Lead and inspire a small but growing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and excellence.
  • Ensure recruitment strategies align with company goals, attracting top talent in HR, payroll, and risk management.
  • Develop and retain skilled professionals who are committed to GANA Pay’s mission and values.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of executive leadership experience in the PEO or HR services industry.
  • Proven success in sales, business development, and scaling PEO organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred.

  • Expertise in HR, payroll, benefits administration, risk management, and compliance.

Travel:

  • This role may require occasional travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Compensation:

  • Pay: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
