Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Research Coordinator to support our shareholders and agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and assembling a variety of marketing materials, managing email campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting with office operations.

Key Duties

  • Create & assemble marketing presentations, offering memorandums, property brochures, tour packages, due diligence materials, broker opinion of values, aerials, etc.
  • Design new, modern templates for all marketing materials including brochures, offering memorandums, aerials, maps, site-plans, email blasts, etc.
  • Produce & design custom broker projects upon request
  • Design & manage all marketing emails sent out on a weekly basis
  • Assist in preparation of up-to-date market research reports & briefs to provide agents and clients a summary of the current market
  • Prepare Contracts, Lease Documents, Addendums, Proposals, Listing Agreements, Listing Presentation Packages, Offering Memorandums, and other related documents as requested
  • Assist in maintaining the internal database by compiling, collecting, entering, and maintaining all market data
  • Research & analyze market data, industry trends, local and national economic forecasts, and any other factors influencing the commercial real estate industry
  • Analyze & compare market data by cross-referencing databases to confirm accuracy
  • Generate property, available, comp searches & provide reports to agents using the corresponding databases
  • Obtain demographics, traffic counts, owner records as needed
  • Provide assistance to the Director of Operations as needed
  • Learn and understand industry terms and concepts of product types
  • Manage leads & listing calls and route to appropriate sales agent
  • Assist with managing front desk duties, answering phones, sorting mail, managing office supply inventory
  • Process overnight deliveries, outgoing faxes, bound packages, run copies as requested
  • Familiarity with office equipment & assist with any troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Real Estate, or other related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity in Adobe InDesign, Preferably Adobe Suite
  • Familiarity in Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, or any other email service
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of basic real estate principles is a plus
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, & writing skills
  • Experience with AIR CRE Contracts is a plus
  • Capability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently and produce quality work with little direction
