Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced foreman to lead our construction team in various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, overseeing the work of crew members while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

This role may require some travel outside of Indiana.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications and safety regulations.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and resources.
Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering skill development.
Conduct regular inspections of work quality, addressing any issues promptly.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including materials used and labor hours.
Oversee tasks related to restoration, roofing, building, remodeling, trim carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, concrete forming, and frame carpentry.

Skills

Proficient in restoration techniques and roofing practices.
Strong maintenance person skills with experience in remodeling projects.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients alike.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
