We are hiring a skilled and reliable Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead on-site operations for large-scale roofing projects throughout Arizona. This role requires deep technical expertise in commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, BUR, foam, and metal. The Foreman will supervise crews, enforce safety compliance, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and up to quality standards.
Supervise, coordinate, and motivate commercial roofing crews (5–15+ workers).
Manage daily jobsite activities for new construction, tear-offs, and re-roofing.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation guidelines for commercial roofing systems.
Enforce jobsite safety compliance (OSHA/CalOSHA), including fall protection and hazard assessments.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and jobsite safety inspections.
Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project alignment.
Track labor hours, material usage, and progress using project management software (e.g., Raken, Procore).
Resolve field issues, coordinate inspections, and communicate with vendors and subcontractors.
Train crew members in correct installation techniques, safety procedures, and tool handling.
Ensure final walk-throughs and punch lists are completed per spec and client expectations.
5+ years of commercial roofing experience ; 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role.
Proficient in at least three or more commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, foam.
Experience with flat and low-slope roof installations on commercial buildings.
Strong blueprint reading, layout, and jobsite coordination skills.
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on commercial rooftops.
Willing to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, sun, wind).
Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding.
