We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Corporate Greeter to join our innovative and passionate team.

Pay: $42,000 annually

Location: 3940 N Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60613

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests entering lobby
  • Maintain Daily Visitor Log/issuing Visitor Badge
  • Answer and direct calls on multi-line switchboard
  • Set-up and clean-up conference rooms
  • Receive, record and craft documents for daily pick-up
  • (i.e. Fed-Ex, UPS)
  • Assist with sorting and mail delivery
  • Requires multi-tasking ability
  • Participate as support staff for company events and functions
