Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Analyst:

Use SQL to pull and analyze data, pinpointing opportunities to streamline and clean up system configurations.
Ensure accuracy in network and agreement setup to support correct provider payments and member cost sharing.
Configure and maintain network and agreement data within the Facets system, supporting both new builds and updates.
Conduct end-to-end validation of configurations using claims testing, SQL, and Excel to confirm accurate claims processing and reimbursements.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues independently, acting as a go-to resource for the Business Configuration team.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Provider teams to foster a unified, solution-focused approach to configuration management.
Stay on top of your workload and meet turnaround and quality standards with minimal oversight.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and recommend smarter ways to optimize processes and system performance.
Help support training efforts, special projects, and ongoing team development by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex configuration tasks.

Required Skills for Data Analyst:

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics
3+ years working within a core claims administration
SQL/Database experience
Experience with Facets in a managed care setting using Claims, Provider, Network, Product Benefit Configuration
Experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs and reporting
Experience with Claim Adjudication and provider reimbursements
