Salary: $65,000 - 68,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Public Health, Education, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s Degree in these areas is preferred. You should hold a Data Analyst Certificate, SQL or Data Engineering Certificate, Meta Data Analyst Certificate, or a similar qualification. We require at least two years of experience in data systems, data collection, and high-level data analysis, ideally within a nonprofit, early childhood, or human services context. Experience with Head Start/Early Head Start programs, as well as knowledge in Mental Health, Foster Care, or community-based human services, is advantageous. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Crystal Reports is essential. You should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with an understanding of maintaining high standards for data accuracy and confidentiality. A valid Oklahoma driver’s license and state-required vehicle insurance are also necessary.

• In this position, I will lead data gathering, analysis, and visualization efforts across all of our agency programs. I will design and implement data collection systems and tools, ensure the accuracy and consistency of data, and develop dashboards and reporting systems for both internal and external stakeholders. I will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and produce compelling data visualizations, infographics, and reports tailored to diverse audiences. Additionally, I will collaborate with program teams to support data utilization and continuous quality improvement efforts, contribute to program evaluations, and participate in the community assessment process. My role will include training staff on data tools and procedures and acting as a liaison across programs to foster a culture of data-informed decision-making.

This position is based in-person; it is not remote. I will represent our agency, Sunbeam Family Services, in a professional manner, which may involve community interactions, education for staff and community partners, and presentations. I will stay up-to-date with best practices in data analytics and nonprofit evaluation. It is crucial that all employees and volunteers embody Sunbeam Family Services’ core values and meet our standards of excellence. My responsibilities may also include travel within the local area and other related tasks as assigned by my supervisor or a member of the Executive Team. The salary for this full-time role ranges from $65,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year, and I will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 403(b).
