Pay Range: $17 - $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The Client Engagement Trainee Program is designed for individuals looking to build a career in client relations, sales, and recruitment.
• This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals eager to launch a career in business development and client management.
• Learn the fundamentals of client relationship management, staffing needs assessment, and sales strategies.
• Receive structured training and mentorship to prepare for a long-term career in account management and sales.
• No prior experience required —we provide full training!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, client relations, or recruitment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Interest in Client Engagement and Account Management
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
• Compensation: 35k to 55k
• Training Period (First 4 Months): $38K - $48K annual flat salary (based on location and experience, no bonus/commission)
• Post-Training (Starting 5th Month): $45K - $53K annual salary with bonus or commissions, depending on role assignment.
