Position Overview: Seeking a motivated and analytical Growth Equity Associate to join a leading Growth Equity Firm in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, market research, and investment strategies, with a focus on consumer, healthcare, and enabled tech industries. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior team members, contribute to investment decisions, and support portfolio companies in achieving their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the consumer, healthcare, and enabled tech sectors.
• Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on prospective investments.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational assistance to drive growth.
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the target sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in growth equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the consumer, healthcare, and enabled tech industries.
• Familiarity with the South Florida market is a plus.
