Job Description

We are partnered with a leading private equity firm specializing in healthcare investments. They are looking for an experienced Head of Fundraising to head up specific coverage of the US. They are dedicated to driving growth and innovation in the healthcare sector, with a strong track record of successful investments and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising and sales within the private equity space, particularly in healthcare. This role will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing investor relationships, and leading capital raising efforts for their funds.

Head of Fundraising Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies.
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Lead capital raising efforts for new and existing funds.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising goals with overall firm strategy.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify fundraising opportunities.
  • Prepare and present fundraising materials to investors.
  • Monitor fundraising progress and report to senior management.

Head of Fundraising Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising within the private equity industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare investments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain investor relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
