Hybrid Working- 4 days in the office in Ontario.

Salary- 250k+

An award-winning national healthcare organization headquartered in Southern California is seeking a Healthcare Corporate Director of Strategic Communications to join its corporate leadership team. This healthcare system operates dozens of hospitals and hundreds of outpatient locations across multiple states, delivering millions of patient visits annually.

The Corporate Director of Strategic Communications will serve as a key leader responsible for the planning, development, and execution of high-impact communications strategies. This includes executive communications, corporate messaging, media relations, crisis communications, and community engagement. The role demands a seasoned communicator with excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to influence both internal and external audiences.

This individual will work closely with senior leadership and government affairs teams to support brand reputation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational alignment. Responsibilities also include overseeing investor-related communications and representing the organization in public and media-facing initiatives.

Healthcare Corporate Director Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic communications planning and execution across the enterprise
  • Develop and manage executive messaging and thought leadership initiatives
  • Handle media relations, public relations, and crisis communication strategies
  • Oversee community engagement efforts and internal communications alignment

Healthcare Corporate Director Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior communications leadership roles, ideally within healthcare or similarly complex industries
