Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients, explaining the benefits and tailoring insurance options to meet their specific needs.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-up and responsive customer service.
Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing clients, enhancing their portfolio.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the growth of United Group Insurance.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best options and advice to clients.
Paperwork and Documentation: Ensure accuracy in all required documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Iowa Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Client-driven: A genuine commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to think on your feet.
