The Role:
We are partnering with a vibrant and well-established interior design studio to find a creative, driven Interior Designer. Known for delivering thoughtful, functional interiors tailored for modern healthcare environments, this studio offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive, people-first culture.
This is a hands-on design role, ideal for someone who brings strong documentation skills, a collaborative mindset, and a sharp design sensibility. You'll work closely with senior staff and ownership across all phases of project delivery. Healthcare experience not essential - Revit & Enscape experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior team members to develop design concepts and produce documentation for healthcare interiors.
Assist with FF&E selection, specification, and budgeting.
Support project coordination, including consultant communication and vendor interaction.
Contribute to design presentations, space planning, and finish boards.
Participate in internal reviews, helping maintain high standards for quality and functionality.
Help foster a positive, team-oriented studio environment.
Requirements:
3-7 years of interior design experience, ideally with some healthcare project exposure (not essential)
Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
