Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support design development through all project phases, from concept through completion
  • Present ideas and design direction to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to specify FF&E and ensure materials align with design intent, timeline, and budget
  • Guide the production of detailed design documents including drawings, finish plans, elevations, and material selections
  • Ensure code compliance and quality control throughout the design and documentation process
  • Develop contract documents using Revit, with a solid understanding of detailing and constructability
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to incorporate feedback and deliver cohesive results
  • Coordinate and mark up drawing sets to maintain design integrity and technical accuracy
  • Oversee collaboration between vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • 6+ years of relevant post-graduate experience, including strong workplace design experience
  • Interior design certification or licensure is preferred but not required
  • High proficiency in Revit and 3D visualization tools
  • Proven experience producing full interior drawing sets and documentation
  • Solid knowledge of code compliance, construction practices, and drawing coordination
  • Strong understanding of FF&E, millwork, and joinery detailing
  • Experience with FF&E procurement processes and RFPs
  • Excellent design presentation skills, both written and verbal
