Job Description The Leasing Agent facilitates the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times. Coordinates move-in and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings.  What You’ll Do: ~ Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours ~ Process rental applications and lease agreements. ~ Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction. ~ Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals ~ Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach ~ Represents Village Green at various outside networking & social functions ~ Problem-solving skills What We’re Looking For: ~Strong sales and customer service skills ~Excellent communication and organizational abilities ~ Ability to work independently and in a team environment ~Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required ~Proficiency in property management software is a plus Qualifications This is a fast-paced professional environment where each day will be different. If you are comfortable working in a sales-driven environment and are willing to go above and beyond to exceed our customer's expectations, this could be the perfect role for you! Two years of leasing experience with multi-family, Lease-up Experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi / One Site / MRI / Sight Plan) is highly desired. Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
