Resolution Think LLC is seeking a Medical Office Clerk to provide clerical support for the Air Force Accession Center (AFAC) operations. The position involves assisting with administrative tasks related to obtaining medical documentation for applicants, including retrieving records from military and civilian Electronic Health Records. The Medical Office Clerk will work directly with Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) and recruiters to help applicants and process paperwork to reduce the time it takes for a candidate to enter the Delayed Entry Program (DEP).

- Obtain updates and file medical records as needed .
- Organize and research patient records, extracting needed information, and reviewing records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency .
- Ensure medical records arrive prior to appointments .
- Initiate and locate patient medical records as needed .
- Obtain documentation, such as test results, as requested by healthcare providers .
- Use military healthcare systems for documentation collection, including AHLTA, CHCS, MHS GENESIS, DEERS, and AFRISS .
- Maintain professional communication with government personnel and the worldwide AF medical network .
- Acknowledge receipt of medical document processing requests within three business days .
- Provide status updates to applicable parties in the Air Force Recruiting Information Support System (AFRISS) every five business days .
Qualifications: - Comply with all HIPAA and Privacy Act training and AFAC's health information privacy and security policies.
- Complete all mandatory and annual training as required by the Department of Defense, AF Instructions, and other regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of military healthcare systems/procedures, including AHLTA, CHCS, MHS GENESIS, DEERS, and AFRISS.
- Be eligible to receive a Common Access Card (CAC) upon the adjudication of a favorable Access National Check and Inquiries (ANACI) investigation.
Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Customer support, administrative clerical duties, and familiarity with military healthcare systems and procedures
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship
- Credentialing: Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Job Site Requirements: The position is primarily remote, supporting MEPS locations, with a mix of in-office and remote work for personnel supporting HQ AFAC. All personnel will complete an initial orientation at JBSA-Randolph, TX.
