• Maintenance and Support: Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support end-users.



• Troubleshooting : Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.



• Security Management : Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.



• Collaboration : Work closely with other IT professionals including network engineers system administrators and security specialists to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.

Minimum Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CIS/MIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training 



• Must be willing to work varying shifts Day Night Split or weekends

Preferred Qualifications- Education Prior Job Experience  

• Master's degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems CIS/MIS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training - Airline Industry experience

Skills Licenses Certifications

• All candidates will need 3 years experience with:

IBM Wensphere MQ

• Troubleshoot issues in a complex enterprise environment



• Design and implement integration solutions leveraging WebSphere MQ



• Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus



• Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems



• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills



• Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative team-based environment



• Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in a large-scale network

Pay Range: $55 - $60 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
