We are hiring a motivated and experienced Office Manager to oversee one of our high-performing, multi-specialty practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading diverse teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding care to patients of all ages.
Lead day-to-day operations across orthodontic, periodontic, and pediatric specialties
Manage, train, and support front desk and clinical team members
Partner with providers to ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and high-quality care
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle patient concerns with professionalism
Oversee financial performance including insurance coordination, collections, and reporting
Ensure compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and safety regulations
Communicate regularly with leadership to report KPIs and practice updates
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Icon Smile Studios’ core values
3+ years of dental office management experience required; multi-specialty experience is a major plus
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team across different specialties
In-depth knowledge of dental insurance, billing procedures, and front office systems
Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Edge Cloud, Dentrix Ascend, OrthoFi)
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
