Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role for a Lawyer located in New York, NY. The Lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. Day-to-day tasks include legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice to clients.
Qualifications
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Admitted to the New York State Bar
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in personal injury law
