Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate and effective mental health support to children and their families through our secure, user-friendly telehealth platform. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the lives of young individuals and strengthening family bonds.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Teletherapy: Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy to children aged 0-14, parents, and families, fostering a safe and supportive virtual environment.
Implement Proven Interventions: Utilize a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), and others, tailored to individual needs.
Maintain Comprehensive Clinical Records: Efficiently complete detailed clinical documentation, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans, using our intuitive telehealth platform.
Collaborate and Grow: Participate in weekly case reviews and manager meetings, fostering a collaborative learning environment and ensuring the highest standards of care.
What We're Looking For:
A Master's-level therapist with an independent license in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
A minimum of 1 year of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children using evidence-based practices.
Comfort and proficiency with technology, with a keen interest in integrating technology solutions into clinical care.
Must not be opted out of Medicare.
A genuine passion for providing mental health care services to children and families, coupled with enthusiasm for contributing to an innovative, early-stage environment.
Schedule:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
To accommodate children's schedules, 80% of clinical sessions should be scheduled between 3 pm-8 pm PST (Monday-Friday) or 8 am-4 pm PST on Saturdays (in any combination).
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive full-time W2 salary range: $103,000/year - $120,000/year, based on preferred schedule.
