Pricing Coordinator - Entry Level

Location: Coolidge, AZ

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (onsite)

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Summary / Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join our client's team. This is an entry-level opportunity that involves analyzing and managing the costs associated with their operations to ensure efficient resource allocation and maintain profitability. You will be trained on everything, working directly under the controller.

Essential Functions

• Analyze financial transactions related to production costs, labor, and materials.
• Develop and implement cost accounting systems to track and report cost components.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports highlighting trends and variances.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning by creating and analyzing cost reports.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and support strategic initiatives.

Competencies

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and cost control.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets using Excel and similar programs.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (PowerBI/Tableau) is beneficial.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Experience in large ERP software such as NetSuite or SAP a huge plus!
• Comfortable collaborating interdepartmentally
• Experience in manufacturing settings, inventory environments, or contract manufacturing is ideal.
