Welcome to the Bridge Legal Internship Program! We're excited to have you join our dynamic and innovative team in Chicago. Our internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and learning opportunities in Product Management . Bridge Legal is a hyper growth Legal Tech startup that provides Software, Marketing, and Intake Services for Mass Tort Law firms. Our SaaS platform is designed to power the end-to-end client journey for those who have been injured and harmed. Through our software, we enable our law firm clients to fight for the rights of the “little guy” with Intake Automation, Case Development and Reporting.

We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of helping provide individuals access to the legal system and bridge the justice gap by enabling law firms to use technology and AI to serve more clients than ever before.

What you will do:

• Work with data analytics and operations teams to find opportunities to optimize the performance of our operations.
• Help with projects by researching, prototyping, designing, implementing, releasing monitoring, to most importantly evaluating the results.
• Deeply understand the problems of qualitative and quantitative research. Educate yourselves to become an industry expert.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative data insights.

Requirements:

• Education: Must currently pursue a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, AI, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of database management and SQL; familiarity with AI is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Management: Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Other: Must speak fluent Mandarin ; Creativity and innovative thinking are desirable.
• This internship is an onsite opportunity at Bridge Legal's office in Chicago, IL.
