Job Summary

 

PebbleTec-a division of Oldcastle APG, is a Scottsdale-based company that sources, processes, and distributes swimming pool and backyard products to an entrenched customer base and is well positioned for continued growth through organic initiatives, including international expansion, as well as through acquisitions. The Production Worker position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's products. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Production Lead and other Cast Stone personnel

• Take apart metal and wood forms using various hand/power tools

• Clean and prep forms for setup

• Pour concrete into forms and finish with trowel

• Help in warehouse with loading, unloading, and placement of product

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area at all times

• Repair, grout, seal, install, or change products based on production

• General cleaning including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, etc

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Able to read, speak and write English

• Able to understand and take direction

• Reliable and dependable; good attendance record

• Attention to detail

• Safe and proper use of tools and equipment

• Fork truck and standing reach truck experience a plus

• Operate effectively at a high pace within active environment

• Work both independently and amongst team members

• Valid AZ driver’s license with good Motor Vehicle Department record
