Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Service Management and SQL Scripting. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee various IT projects, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver value. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results during day shifts.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT service management projects
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion
• Provide technical expertise in SQL scripting to support project requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle

-Qualifications

• Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service management and SQL scripting
• Demonstrate strong project management skills and experience with hybrid work models
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects
• Display strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Be detail-oriented and highly organized
• Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have experience in developing and implementing IT service management best practices
