Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per year
R.A.G.E. stands for the Resident Association of Greater Englewood, a Chicago-based resident-driven association with nearly 500 members established to build relationships between Englewood's fellow residents, public officials, business owners, and community organizations. Our mission is to create tangible solutions and mobilize residents and resources to restore our community. In order to accomplish our mission, it is vital to engage our members, residents and stakeholders through various channels and to continue to grow our reach throughout Greater Englewood while advancing economic justice initiatives.
Summary
The Program Manager for Economic Justice & Community Engagement is responsible for managing and facilitating strategies that promote economic empowerment within Greater Englewood while enhancing R.A.G.E.'s community engagement efforts. This role will plan and supervise initiatives focused on community wealth-building, equitable development, and resident economic power, while ensuring community members are treated as VIPs and remain central to R.A.G.E.'s mission and work. The position requires both tactical implementation of approved strategies and individual contribution to program delivery.
