Contract position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 7 years of expertise in leading IT-driven, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP ERP projects, specifically in SAP Finance and Accounting functionalities, including customization and integration best practices.
• Lead and implement Salesforce-related projects successfully.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the latest SAP products and a solid understanding of finance, accounting, sales, service, and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Manage stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support.
• Coordinate complex technical programs across multiple geographies.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Identify process gaps and modify processes to tackle operational challenges and improve business outcomes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish reporting and governance structures for SLAs and KPIs to drive performance.
• Identify risks, develop effective mitigation strategies, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
• Handle project escalations and navigate complex challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Utilize business applications like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite for effective tracking and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT.
• Extensive expertise in SAP ERP and Salesforce projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor, you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
