About The Role

The DC Sales Executive US is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing strategic clients (especially Charge Point Operators – CPOs) while actively developing new business opportunities in the fast-charging DC ecosystem. It combines elements of key account management and new business development.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Coordinate internally with pre-sales, product, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and account success.
  • Identify and engage with new potential CPOs, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and installation partners.
  • Build strong networks in the e-mobility ecosystem to uncover project opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, and closing deals.
  • Attend and represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and forums.
  • Contribute to the regional go-to-market plan and segmentation for DC charging.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasting in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales roles in energy, e-mobility, or technology sectors. Experience with CPOs, installers, or EV infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and close new business.
  • Strong technical sales acumen; understanding of DC charging, grid connectivity, and software integration is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English
