What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the roadmap : Define and manage timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
• Be the connector : Act as the primary liaison between business leadership, technical teams, and vendors
• Drive execution : Ensure Salesforce developers, architects, admins, and analysts are aligned and delivering value
• Manage change : Lead communications, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful rollout
• Mitigate risk : Proactively address program risks and issues while keeping stakeholders informed
• Ensure compliance : Build governance frameworks that support both innovation and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years leading complex Salesforce programs or implementations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and custom applications
• Proven success managing Agile teams across business and technology functions
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence leading from both a strategic and tactical level

Bonus if you have:

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience building a Salesforce program from the ground up
