Job Description

Onward Search is a leading provider of specialized education staffing and talent solutions, dedicated to connecting educators, therapists, and school health professionals with prestigious opportunities at top-tier schools across the nation. We are currently collaborating with school districts in East Central Colorado area to fill several full-time School Psychologist positions.

The ideal candidate will provide a range of psychological services to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students. This role involves working closely with students, families, teachers, and administrators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Dates: 2025/2026 School Year
  • Grade Level: Preschool - High School
  • Schedule: Full-time; 8am-4pm
  • Locations: East Central Colorado

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address students' mental health and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
  • Offer consultation and training to staff on strategies to enhance student well-being and learning.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students with special needs.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education and mental health services.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program (required).
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
