Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Product Lifecycle Management Scrum Master / Project Manager to support one of our clients in the Glen Allen, VA area. This is a hybrid role with two days onsite per week. This individual will be leading the migration of legacy systems to a unified PLM solution. This project aims to streamline and modernize the product lifecycle management to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Key responsibilities include :

• Lead the migration of legacy systems (Lotus Notes, AS400, Excel) to a unified PLM solution.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timeline to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Analyze data to make informed, data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Project Management related roles
• At least 5 years of experience managing product lifecycles, including product development, launch, and phase-out.
• Experience leading enterprise wide PLM tool implementation projects / complex data migrations / similar large-scale projects.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• PMP or CSM Certification
• Experience with PLM tools (e.g., Centric, Propel, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)

Compensation: $50/hr to $70/hr -- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
