This role begins on the NIGHT SHIFT.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Field Inspector, you’ll coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. You will:

• Lead daily field inspections and enforce compliance with contract terms
• Monitor construction progress and prepare daily reports
• Review plans for constructability and adherence to design objectives
• Evaluate contractor resources, schedules, and quality of work
• Coordinate inspection team schedules and ensure documentation accuracy
• Attend and participate in weekly contractor progress meetings
• Facilitate resolution of on-site issues and discrepancies
• Oversee temporary utilities, site logistics, and field operations
• Supervise and guide field inspection staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years in construction field inspection, with a strong focus on concrete
• Background: Prior experience as a Field Inspector or Field Engineer
• Knowledge: Understanding of QA/QC plans, safety protocols, and project procedures manuals
• Software: Familiarity with tools like PMWeb, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar platforms
• Leadership: Experience supervising and coordinating teams of two or more inspectors
• Communication: Strong reporting and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
• OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification (minimum requirement)
• NICET Certification (highly preferred)
