The main purpose of this job is to oversee and direct the Corporate Physical Security (CPS) Physical Operations Center (PSOC), Remote Operations Center (RMOC) and the Enterprise Investigations Team (EIT) under a CPS VP. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing the strategic and tactical planning for the teams in coordination with CPS regional teams and enterprise functions. In addition, the Senior Director will be responsible for developing a proactive, predictive risk environment, identifying significant security risks and developing progressive mitigation strategies. Ability to lead critical incidents, investigations, emergency communications and physical surveillance technologies.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Seeks efficiencies, innovation and constant improvement across the teams to enhance coordination and employee experience.
Directly accountable for managing PSOC, RMOC and EIT personnel to include training, career development and performance matters.
Cultivates skilled security leaders within the teams by assigning responsibility, managing accountability and providing opportunities for growth.
Performs other duties as requested.
