Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support a dynamic team of real estate professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial sales environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations and administrative support, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and sales support to a designated group of real estate associates
  • Manage lease and contract administration using company-approved boilerplates
  • Prepare representation agreements, dual agency/designated agency agreements
  • Draft timing and critical dates letters for executed contracts
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines for both agent and company forecasting
  • Run and compile sales comparables for acquisitions, dispositions, and leases
  • Serve as liaison with clients and closing attorneys from contract to closing
  • Calculate and file all sales and lease commissions
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for broker commission processing
  • Assist with property reporting and provide marketing support when required

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5–7 years of direct or related experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to quickly learn industry-specific software
  • Experience with project/task management tools and online real estate platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
