Job Description

Luxury Multifamily Property Manager

We are seeking an exceptionally polished and discreet Luxury Multifamily Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end, owner-occupied residences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing luxury residential assets, an elevated sense of hospitality, and a high level of emotional intelligence to interact with high-profile owners. This role demands flawless service, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring a seamless, concierge-level experience
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple luxury residential properties
  • Manage and supervise on-site staff (e.g., concierge, maintenance, housekeeping) to maintain the highest service standards
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and capital improvements
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure pristine condition and address any issues proactively
  • Manage property budgets, vendor contracts, and operating expenses
  • Maintain full confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and resident interactions
  • Resolve resident concerns swiftly and professionally, upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence
  • Liaise with ownership representatives, attorneys, and staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing luxury multifamily or condo/co-op properties
  • Experience working with high-profile or high-net-worth individuals required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
  • Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • CAM or CPM designation a plus
  • Polished, poised, and professional demeanor
  • Discreet and trustworthy with a client-first mindset
  • Service-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
