We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Attorney to provide expert legal counsel on complex tax matters for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep expertise in tax law, estate planning, and wealth structuring, as you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic solutions for clients with sophisticated financial portfolios.

In this role, you'll be advising clients on tax-efficient wealth management strategies, handling IRS audits and disputes, and collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on intricate tax matters, including estate and gift tax planning, income tax strategies, and wealth preservation for high-net-worth individuals.
Develop tax-efficient solutions tailored to business owners, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Analyze federal and state tax implications for trusts, partnerships, and corporate entities.
Represent clients during tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with the IRS and state tax authorities.
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and estate planning professionals to create comprehensive tax strategies for clients.
Stay informed on evolving tax laws, regulations, and legislative changes that impact high-net-worth individuals.
Draft and review key legal documents, including trusts, wills, tax opinions, and private letter rulings.

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school (LL.M. in Taxation is preferred).
Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
8+ years of experience specializing in tax law, estate planning, and high-net-worth individual advisory.
Extensive knowledge of federal tax law, partnership taxation, and estate/gift tax planning.
Significant experience managing IRS audits, appeals, and tax controversy matters.
Strong ability to interpret complex tax regulations and create strategic solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to clients.
