About the Role: Client is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer II to support its Global Robotics Operations team. This role will focus on the implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise-level supply chain systems, including SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, and Tulip. You will be the technical SME for critical manufacturing systems, driving process automation, system performance, and digital transformation across a high-impact logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation & Architecture
• Lead implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, and Tulip
• Design system architecture and integration workflows across platforms
• Create SOPs, technical documentation, and training materials
• Design automated workflows and system controls to improve operations
• Manage system enhancement projects from planning to deployment
• Conduct UAT coordination and drive adoption of new features
• Ensure compliance with change/release procedures
• Business Analysis & Support
• Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional teams
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specs
• Create data visualizations and analytical reports to support decision-making
• Maintain product roadmaps and prioritize enhancement requests
• Develop business cases and perform ROI analysis for proposed improvements
• Master Data Management & Troubleshooting
• Establish and maintain master data governance practices
• Monitor and optimize system performance; conduct periodic health checks
• Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for system issues
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and decision trees
• Act as the primary SME for manufacturing-related systems

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in system engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory management
• Strong expertise in supply chain system implementation and configuration
• Solid understanding of system architecture and data governance
• Proficient in SQL, system integrations (APIs), and technical documentation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: SAP Associate, Kinaxis Author, or similar
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and agile methodologies
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with emerging supply chain tech (robotics, IoT, ML)
