In this position, you will provide essential administrative support for the MFP-Doctoral and MFP-Youth programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the application process and review for the MFP.
Complete data entry and verification tasks accurately.
Support the fellowship eligibility verification process.
Help create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, high-level reports, and annual impact reports.
Contribute to the development of video and written content to showcase program impact and engage stakeholders.
Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns for the MFP.
Manage the MFP inbox to ensure timely responses.
Collect and analyze data on campaign success, including audience feedback.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Experience in event planning.
Cultural competence and understanding of diverse communities.
Desired Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a professional office setting.
Experience working with volunteers, boards, and association leadership is a plus.
Proven ability to manage projects with deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with data management software (Adobe Acrobat, Survey Gizmo, Fluid Review, iMIS) or a willingness to learn quickly.
Internet proficiency and familiarity with social media platforms; website management experience is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 5%, including weekends.
